We accept credit card, Zelle, Venmo, and cash payments at this time.
You don't need a contract to work with us! For the initial payment, we take payment for your services over the phone or in person on the day of your service, whichever is most convenient for you.

No! We're not size queens! We do not charge based on size of yard, only on the quantity of dogs. However, it's possible an additional fee may apply for the front of your yard.
For the safety of both the technicians and the dogs, we ask that your pups stay indoors during the cleanup process.
Although our deodorizer and/or sanitizers are safe for pets and lawns, you should give at least 20 minutes to dry before the dogs reenter the yard.
You will be assigned a day for cleanup when you sign up for service. This is based on your geographic location, and your technician will knock on your door, and send you a text message, prior to beginning service to let you know s/he is in your yard and to secure your furry family member.
If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, you will be informed in advance of your temporary new pickup day.
If the technician has difficulty accessing your yard for the cleanup, we will try to contact you first. If we cannot reach you, we will reschedule your pickup to another time.
We will reschedule for another day that week and give you advanced notice of your new temporary pickup day.
YES! If you are not completely satisfied with our visit, please contact us and we will make it right!

Poo is not safe for the environment and we are trying to do our part!
We remove the poo treasure from your castle and take it to be properly disposed of by Republic Waste services.
